Before you register with eGolfCard.com, you must read and agree to our Terms And Conditions.

• Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of data and calculations on eGolfCard.com. The majority of data relating to course details is submitted by eGolfCard.com users, and as such, eGolfCard.com can accept no responsibility for inaccuracies that appear. However, if you find an error in data held, contact us immediately at info@eGolfCard.com and we will correct the information.
• Information that you submit to eGolfCard.com will be treated as confidential and will not be made available to others without your consent. However, due to the nature of the Internet we cannot 100% guarantee confidentiality and would advise that you do not divulge any details of a confidential nature.
• Backups of data in the eGolfCard.com database are performed periodically. In the event of data loss on our server we cannot guarantee the most up to date information being restored.
• eGolfCard.com contains material copyright by both eGolfCard.com and third parties. Nothing contained within the site may be reproduced or copied without prior consent.

While we strive to have service available at times, but there will be occasions outside our control when the service is not available. If there are persistent problems with availability (due to server problems) and we are made aware of them we will refund part or all of any membership fees paid, at our discretion.
• We reserve the right to alter the prices of any services provided, either permanently, or through temporary special offers.
• We strive to constantly improve our service. This may mean that from time to time we need to make changes in the site, resulting in portions being unavailable. We will schedule these service interruptions for a time when people are least likely to be using eGolfCard.com, and will notify users in advance if we anticipate any major downtime.
